职位描述：
岗位职责描述：

1、根据客户需求、实际产能、物料供应，均衡合理安排生产；控制成品、半成品库存；降低产品、半成品的库存天数
2、对客户需求的异常波动要及时识别，并通知到各相关部门，趋势大幅增加要组织各部门评估产能和物料供应能力；趋势大幅度减 少要及时控制物料采购，控制半成品和成品库存
3、组织各部门召开生产计划执行和协调会议，协调各部门，解决生产障碍，跟踪责任部门解决问题
4、掌控生产所需各种物料的供应情况，对物料供应的产能问题、质量问题，要跟踪责任部门解决问题
5、定期对计划未完成情况进行归类，汇总分析，组织召开部门会议，要求各部门进行改善提高

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历
2、有3年以上生产计划、进度控制与物料控制的实际操作经验，熟悉生产管理相关工作流程
3、有冲压车间计划经验优先，会熟练使用EXCEL及公式与函数的运作
4、精通ERP系统
5、很强的责任心
6、良好的数据分析能力，有丰富的计划调度经验及协调应变处理能力
7、有很强的部门间沟通协调能力
