Be resposible for all authority affairs in relation with the project
负责项目中政府许可的申办
To assist project manager on project coordination,meeting organization and documents preparation & management
协助项目经理进行项目协调、会议组织以及文档编制及管理

Main responsibilities 主要职责
1. Assist project manager on the project management, including meeting organizing, arrangement, minutes-taking, site coordination, schedule & budget control and contractors management and etc.
协助项目经理做好项目管理工作，包括各种会议的组织安排、记录、现场协调、时间预算管控以及承包商管理等
2. Be responsible for the logistics service, including receiving external visitors, internal communication
项目内勤服务工作包括外来人员的接待、内部横向沟通、联络等
3. Prepare and manage the project document and database, like design drawing, construction plan, the description, the sample booking, bidding documents, meeting minutes, all certifications
项目文件及资料的准备和管理，包括设计图纸、施工方案、说明书、样品样本、招投标文件、会议记录、相关证照等
4. Make sure all steps in the project management meet the requirements of the laws and regulations, and assist the project supervisor to contact with the governmental department to tmak the approval of certification smoothly
确保项目各环节符合国家法律法规要求并与政府相关部门联络，进行证照文件的审批
5. Mainly responsible for the translation both verbal and written, and communicate with the headquarter of the gruop and the regional
做好相关的口头和书面的翻译工作，做好与集团总部、地区总部的联络工作

Maily job specification 主要技能要求
1. Bachelor degree or above with project management background
本科或本科以上学历，有项目管理背景
2. At least 5 years working experience
5年以上相关工作经验
3. Proficient English communication skill both written and verbal
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
4. Easy communication， good team player
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
5. Excellent MS office skills
