职位描述

>Position: Sub-regional Sales Leader(Sr. manager)
>Department: Commercial China
>Report to: Sales China VP
>Location: Chengdu, Sichuan Province

>Main Responsibilities:

This person is responsible for driving sales in sub-region, and will report to the Sales China VP, with dotted line reporting to Project, Product, and Solution Directors.

1. Lead the teams of module sales, projects and solution to execute on assigned operating plan and targets to assure that business wins profitable and productive products sales;
2. Meet or exceed operational requirements: analytical reporting, operating reviews, and cost;
3. Build influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers;
4. Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales;
5. Develop more new opportunity and customer with diversified methods;
6. Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution;
7. Integrate information, resources, and activities within the region and/or among global regions;
8. Responsible for customer satisfaction, evaluation, plans, and following through;
9. Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in specific market;
10. Own regional input for planning and forecasting;
11. Drive strategy and growth initiatives within the region;
12. Direct the sales team to identify and develop opportunities driving growth;


>Position Requirements:

1. Candidate should have extensive experience with the PV industry and familiar with the Solar energy market;
2. At least 5 additional years of experience in renewable energy section or related industries;
3. Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex contractual agreements is preferred ;
4. Knowledge of customer financial drivers / needs;
5. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan;
6. Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs;
7. Strong coordination and influencing skills;
8. Ability to apply Six Sigma to improve customer satisfaction;
9. Strong oral and written communication skills.
