职位描述：
Job Description :
1. Industrialization:
- Be focal point at the Supplier and SAFRAN AE level for all parts in industrialization to share and facilitate information and communication
- Provide advices, help or assistance when required by SPM / Indus pilot team (schedule, action plan, logistic, risk assessment), challenge supplier action plan
- supplier indicators implementation (such as T9 progress indicator) and check regular update (monthly)
2. Mass Production:
- weekly deliveries follow-up
- e-supply need weekly update (“Suivi et capacitaire des besoins”)
- Ensure supplier weekly metrics output ( WIP, Buffer, Get well ), analyze delay/bottleneck with Supply Chain
- Monitor production output at bottleneck process
- Anticipate with Supplier and SAE any potential issue that would prevent good completion of Purchase Orders/POS
- Support for unexpected event and associated root cause analysis
- support for delivery emergencies
- participate to the supply chain meeting , follow-up critical actions for the bottleneck (temporal, long term)
- report Equipment failure
- Focal point for logistics , custom / tax or invoice problem
3. Quality:
- - Support product/process/special audit request from SNECMA
- - Visit and audit Subtier supplier involved in production process
- - Check planning progress and inform if action are late
4. Regular meetings:
- Daily QRQC projet :
- Industrialization meetings
- Top Management meeting
- Project Weekly meeting
- Quality weekly Meeting
5. Reporting
- Safran AE support for Safran AE France missions to supplier
Position: In SPM Asia Team, this position is based in Beijing at Supplier premise

Job Requirement:
- Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance
- Experience in Quality Tools (8D, AMDEC, 5 Whys, Risk Analysis, …)
- Good oral and written communication skills (French as a second language preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook 举报 分享
