职位描述：
Key Accountabilities
?Maintain timely clearance of A/R collection
?Income reconciliation and make sure all data input accurately and timely
?Follow up AR outstanding issue and eliminate overdue risk
?AR & Revenue voucher booking, filing and other ad-hoc tasks
?Collect revenue from cash, credit cards, 3rd party cards transactions
?Collect cash from vendors/suppliers for promotion support
?Collect cash from landlord for short term promotion campaign
?Bill and collect cash from sub franchisor customers
?Collect cash from stores and monitoring the variance, and follow up to solve any dispute
?Liaison with stores/landlords/vendors to resolve cash collections issues
?Liaison with sub franchisor customers to resolve cash collections and other issues
?Liaison with banks/IT/Sodex/Hualian etc. on providing cash statements
?Liaison and follow up with Region/Internal auditor/Legal on cash collection issues
?Escalate to management for critical issues on cash
?Keep evidence for all cash and business done transactions and conduct periodic review
?Maintain the master data in system
?Other ad hoc tasks

Experience/Knowledge
Essential:
?College Degree or above
?Microsoft software (i.e. word, excel)
?Experienced in accounting
?Communication Skills.
Desirable:
?Excellent Excel skills
?Sound knowledge of retail business
?ERP system understanding

Skills/Competencies
Essential:
?Excellent communication skills with an ability
?Logical approach to work and attention to detail is necessary whilst accuracy and honesty are paramount.
?Self motivated in order to reach specific timescales and deadlines.
?Good team player - working within an interactive team.
Desirable:
?Independent contributor
