Job Description

Major responsibilities
A. Ensures Customer and Market Growth
1) Assist Senior Product Manager to gain market share in plant professional hair care market, and achieve new product launch campaign target.
2) Increase brand awareness and build up strong preference among target consumers via high quality marketing communication campaigns
3) Initiate new product launch campaigns to recruit new consumers;
4) Develop promotion calendar to inline with product marketing calendar and help lift the total brand sales

B. Manages operational effectiveness
1) Lead and develop Local copy sheets and ensure 100% license compliance rate on all imported products
2) Assist filed with marketing enquires concerning product allocation, shipping of products and collateral;
3) Place order of promotional materials from local sourcing site by plan;
4) Sourcing and managing the vendors and suppliers to provide high quality and cost effective services and products.

Qualifications:
Education:
1. Bachelor and above
2. Fluent English and Mandarin

Other requirements:
1. Matured personality, and good team player
2. Agility to learn
3. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
4. Experience in Marketing/Purchasing is preferred

B. 负责运营效率
1) 负责进口产品的注册进展,与注册部门配合,设计中文标签,并确保所有产品注册100%按时完成;
2) 处理前线的市场支持需求,包括助销品、赠品、形象品等分配及发运等,同时管理以上产品的仓储及费用;
3) 协助市场、销售部申请促销材料、市场样品等等;
4) 负责供应商的管理,寻找能提供高性价比的服务和产品的供应商

职位要求:
教育:
1. 本科或以上
2. 英文读写熟练

其他要求:
1. 为人成熟稳重,喜欢团队合作
2. 学习能力强
3. 熟练掌握Microsoft Office
4. 有市场、采购相关工作经验者优先
