职位描述：
To support and assist COO Escalator Division in day to day work, regarding project coordination, analysis and reporting, coordination with policy implementation & follow-up; collecting and preparing presentation and other documents; calling up and organizing management meetings, document translation and interpretation when necessary; organizing COO’s traveling schedules; coordinating and supporting VIP visitations; and helping with communication among different departments within ESC Division and contacting with other Schindler business units including Schindler Zone China and HO.

To support and assist the regular work of Managing Director Escalator Division, take initiatives in communicating in and out of ESC, distributing instructions and follow up with implementation.

 Project coordination
- Analysis and reporting
- Organize and maintain COO's schedule, and make appointments;
- Set up and coordinate management meetings and conferences
- Attend management meetings as required and take minutes;
- Make travel arrangements for COO (domestic and overseas, booking hotel and flight tickets according to different requests);
- Receive COO’s visitors and set up accommodation and schedules
- Translation and interpretation: Chinese/English
- Participate in SHW’s event projects
- Handle all reimbursements and expenses for COO

- Good command of English both in oral and written, German is a plus;
- Frequent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Ability to handle multi-tasks;
- Good communication skill and presentation skill, teamwork and result-oriented;
- Willing to learn and to take challenges
- In principle international mobility from long perspective

 Bachelor Degree or above with major in engineering, oversea background
