Responsibilities:
- Partner with development engineers to produce design-for-test software
- Implement, conduct, and document test solutions for software applications
- Test within Agile philosophy and Scrum methodology
- Assist with escalations of customer issues and required
- Participate in activities for improving engineering practices, tools, infrastructure and other quality system processes and deliverables
- Participate in day-to-day scrum activities for the team; work with Scrum team members to design and develop tests
- Maintain a current, working knowledge of technical and quality requirements; comply with Quality Management System requirements
Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
- knowledge of software testing methodology and strategy and revision control
- Skilled in concurrent test method and execution development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or related field of study
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Personal Qualities:
- Hard working.
- Highly self-motivated and strong responsibility.
- Good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
- Creativity thinking and willingness to improve.

- 计划,执行并记录软件的测试方案。
- 协助处理质量问题。
- 改进工程实践,使用工具,基础设施以及其他质量相关的系统流程以及产品。
岗位要求(技术/工作经验/资格证书)
- 计算机科学、 数学、 物理学、 医学或相关的学科的本科学位优先考虑
1-2年软件测试工作经验;
良好的英语读写能力。
优先考虑:
- 关于.NET、C++和数据库知识
- Scrum/敏捷方法的经验
