职位描述：
Job Description：
- Payroll is outsourced.
- Routine HR job: training plan and follow up, annual appraisal, salary reviews, deal with legal issue, contract termination, HRIS maintenance, etc.
- Handling recruitments for new headcount and replacement in Shanghai and Beijing.
- Employee relationship and team building: Semi-annual review, family day, annual dinner, etc.
- Direct report to the China GM
- Position based in Shanghai (Songjiang, free company shuttle bus at Wai Huan Road)
- Currently: 53-57 headcounts
Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above with 3-5 years’ experience in HR; Related experience in international company is preferred.
- Fluent English skill in written and speaking, good communication skills;
- Good teamwork spirits and proactive communication skills with customers and colleagues;
- Good software skills;
- Knowledge of labor law and government labor regulations experience. 举报 分享
