职位描述：

Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of Asia IDC engineering team, you will be responsible for design and development of new leading technology, to improve & enhance Fitting & Showering etc… all category competitive competency, its primary responsibility for:

· Responsible for developing some new electrical technologies.

· Work with NPD team to apply the technology into real product.

· Leverage new technologies and new material / platform application from Japan/Euro. And USA Engineering team.

· Participate in the development of new projects, responsible for the development and application of electrical parts.

· Competitors products benchmark to dig out improved technology requirement.

· Driving technology & platform standardization & synergy in region/global level.

Requirements and/or Advantages

· Bachelor Degree major in Electrical Engineering.

· Experience and capable of using Altrium Designer tools, also have outcad skill will be better.

· Good knowledge of analog/digital schematics and circuit design.

· Experience and capable of application at least one 8 bits Microcontrollers(Microchip/Renesas…), and basic knowledge of C language programming.

· Basic application knowledge of DC/DC co***ersion, analog amplifier, LED driver, digital LED driver, touch switch and so on.

· Knowledge of manufacturing and assembling techniques for PCB and PCBA.

· Experience with reliability and safety testing, following the standard of CCC, UL, CE, GB etc.

· Concept feasibility evaluation via engineering judgement & prototype evaluation.

· Capable to communicate with suppliers for technical, quality, manufacturing and cost issues.

· Anti-pressure with overtime and work loading.

· With at least 3+ years in experience in engineering development
