职位描述：
?Responsible for produce good parts by CNC machining according technical drawing, otherwise responsible for CNC program develop and optimize, cutters parameter selection and CNC equipment problem solving for process continues optimization.
?Responsible for mechanical parts machining according English technical drawing requirement.
?Independently using FANUC or SIEMENS programming language to make CNC milling and CNC drilling program familiar with the steel milling and drilling.
?Good at the machining of various measurements with inspection tools including micrometer dial indicator height gauge etc.
?Solve parts machining defect and CNC working abnormal.
?Create and update APQP documents with NPI, Standard Work Audit results, Quality and Safety related issues.
?Monitor process and equipment capabilities and develop strategy to improve and reduce process variability.
?Lead and support new technology introduction programs and cost saving project.
?Develop and maintain of the ISO & CQMS related documents.
?Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy and safe working practices.
?Adhere to Caterpillar's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Team-work.
?Bachelor degree or related degree.
?Familiar with CNC programming and processing technology.
?3 - 5 years of relevant processing experience is preferred.
?Proficient in the use of Pro-e, Auto-CAD, CREO, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
?Good English reading and writing skills.
