职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the development, coordination and implementation of shop floor and quality systems and procedures to achieve and maintain TS16949 status.
2. In conjunction with engineering and manufacturing personnel, works to resolve problems related to product designs, specifications, materials, tooling and production operations affecting quality.
3. Reviews all customer specifications to assure all information is current and all new inspection and testing is incorporated or revised.
4. Insure compliance of products and facility to specifications and procedures.
5. Coordinate work team training and development.
6. Coordinate plant and supplier audits for compliance to systems requirements.
7. Directs quality department in achieving plant goal.
8. Ensures establishment of and compliance with appropriate procedures in layout, receiving inspection, and other quality control related areas.
9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in electrometrical or relevant engineering field.
2. Min 10 years progressively responsible experience in quality control/assurance, product reliability, and laboratory test procedures
3. 5 years experiences in automotive industry of which were in a Supervisory or lead role. Must have strong leadership skills, be a self-starter, and be team oriented.
4. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
5. Good knowledge on ISO & TS management system.
6. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, QC 7tools.
7. A structured and systematically working personality with focus in high quality and capabilities.
8. In the organization a team player with good communication skills as well as excellent planning problem-solving skill and following up skill.
9. Good overview of time management.
10. Self-confident and enjoy an environmental based on honesty, openness, and high team spirit Hard working. 举报 分享
