职位描述：
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1. Assist on ATE Pattern Co***ersion/modification by writing script.
2. Work on ATE HW (LB) verification & work with HW team for trouble shooting & repairing.
3. Work on ASIC debug & failure analysis, sampling screen during the new product bring up.
4. Work on the engineering activities during new product bring up include performance characterization, qualification, and release to production.
5. Work closely across multiple internal teams for test program execution & Ensure test program alignment across all stages of product life.
6. Support production on program issue debugging as well as cost improvement effort.
7. Own the Engineering data extraction & analysis by writing script to process the massive datalog.
8. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Strong IC test experience
2. Experience with taking ASICs, GPUs, or CPUs from 1st Silicon to volume production
3. Familiar with ASIC architecture & testing, ATE programming & debug experience on T2000 & 93000 is preferred.
4. Excellent yield and data analysis skills
5. Experience with software programming skills in C/C++ and Perl.
6. Exceptional program solving capability and data analysis skills
7. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering with preferred 3~5 relevant years experience or equivalent 举报 分享
