1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical or IE.
2.5-10yrs
3.Project management experience is necessary.
4.Experience in expansion project and cold area (cutting, slitting machine) is appreciated.
5.Good communication skills, result oriented.
6.Be creative and innovative mind.
7.Be familiar with ABS, EHS and 5’s system.
8.Fluent English
9.MS Office, AUTO CAD.
Job Responsibilities:
Capacity Expansion Project
1、 Responsible for new expansion project management work, include collect relative information, evaluate process, cost analysis, safety and risk analysis.
2、 To report Project Manager on ongoing projects, Lead and monitor projects planning, scheduling and execution.
3、 Develop and improve the internal & external machining capacity per production requirement.
4、 Keep expansion internal machining capacity to eliminate OSMC in next two years.
5、 Coordinate a high variety of technical projects/subprojects or work packages within time, budget and quality.
6、 Supplier sections, evaluation and development..
Production Line improvement
1、 Introduce new equipment and right process to optimize internal material flow efficiency on the whole working area. Develop internal capacity to transfer parts which are processed externally to in house.
2、 Improve projects of process upgrade, layout organize as required
3、 Responsible to improve machine production in minimum time as per requirement.
4、 Analyze and optimize the cost solution in production line.
5、 Play Key role in existing and new manufacturing process technology and its improvement.
6、 Ensuring operation of machine according global/local laws and technical rules.
lean
1.Get involve in lean activities, implement Kaizen on the shop floor to help production team continuous its condition of EHS

Alcoa Rings (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is Firth Rixson’s first facility in Asia Pacific, headquartered in East Hartford in the United States and Sheffield in Great Britain.Firth Rixson Suzhou’s primary products are rolled seamless rings for use in aircraft engines.
The plant was registered in Export Processing Zone B of the Suzhou Industrial Park in July 2004 with 50,000 square feet green field and investment of US$ 60 million. To meet customer demands, a state of the art seamless rolled ring cell has been installed, consisting of cutoff saws, forging, ring rolling, and heat treatment and machining equipment. Our major business scope almost covers the entire aerospace engine manufacturer in the world, including Honeywell, GE, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Singapore Aerospace Manufacture, Hamilton Sundstrand.
