职位描述：
Requirements:

1,Bachelor degree

2，3-5 years related working experience in manufacturing industry . Automobile is prefer.

3，Good communication and coordination skill

4, Familiar with ERP system ( Material planning, MRP ,WMS )

5，Has good MS office computer skills and fluent English .


ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Demand management to schedule material requirements base upon order history, customer’s forecast and sales information.

2. Schedules material needed for present and future production /forecast/safety stock needs and reviews MRP reports to determine production requirements through BPCS.

3. Issue purchase orders to supplier and get the acknowledgement from Supplier. Notify production planner about the material plan and daily review the material scheduling and order status. expedite when necessary.

4. Confirms all received goods against company purchase orders and vendor shipping documents. Resolves any discrepancies to the vendor, and ensures on time arrival to meet production schedules and communicates with relevant department people to make sure meet their requirements. Any delivery issue , communicate with supplier for solution.

5. Monitor supplier on time delivery performance. Any performance issue with delivery, supervise to solve the problem with supplier.

6. Monitor and control the inventory level for raw material to improve inventory turn. Analysis if needed .

7. Maintain accurate planning data in BPCS

8. Prepare payment requisition based on original PO, PR, receiving record for all direct material.

9. Be aware of continuously improvement for material planning process.

10. Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives. 举报 分享
