职位描述：
Main Purpose of Job:
To act as a Technical Specialist, Responsible for mainte***ce of products under mass production, and also technology transfer from Headquarters.

Main Elements
1. Responsible for IQ tasks (Improve quality) on components of CA &NIRS instruments;
2. Failure analysis on defect components (mechanical) from customers and drive actions of failure rate reduction;
3. Modify designing for product components under mass production;
4. Responsible for making/maintaining drawings & technical documentations for parts to ensure good quality;
5. Create/maintain BOM (Bill of Material) to ensure right product structures for manufacturing & marketing;
6. Define SIP (Standard inspection process) for incoming inspections together with IQC;
7. Design and develop tools/fixtures for products in order to improve efficiency of manufacturing and reduce overall costs;
8. Technical support for Quality support team & C&SS team;
9. Technical support for sourcing and purchasing, verify samples from suppliers;
10. Use Autodesk I***entor CAD system to design and revise drawings;
11. Other daily work assigned.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major of mechanical/industrial engineer or other major relevant;
2. At least 5-7 year’s relevant working experience in the manufacturing e***ironment, machining experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with manufacturing process of BOM/Drawing;
4. Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively, Having work experience in foreign company is preferred;
5. A good team-player with hard working, carefulness and accountability.
6. Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.
7. Skilled in at least 1 kind of CAD software, like Proe/UG/I***entor/etc.
8. Experiences on Mechanical designing of metal, plastic & rubber components are preferred.
9. Experiences on pumps/ motors/rubbers would be a plus. 举报 分享
