Overall Responsibility/ Job Purpose
Management of manufacturing of blended products, which includes coordinating production activities among departments including warehouse. Responsible for scheduling personnel and production of quality products that meet or exceed customers’ expectations in a safe, clean & GMP e***ironment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities (not restrictive)
? Responsible for proper document, label and packaging controls from reception through packaging.
? Maintains production line operation by assisting in the solution of production process problems, making equipment adjustments, equipment changeovers. Working in conjunction with mainte***ce engineer to resolve equipment problems/failures.
? Maintain high quality standards and zero error tolerance by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures, updating and creating new procedures in equipment, raw and in-process materials and finished goods as needed.
? Responsible for creative, cost effective solutions to a variety of production challenges, budgeting and CAPEX.
? Trains new team members for production job responsibilities by demonstrating Safety, Operational and Quality procedures.
? Enhances equipment performance by installing modifications, making adjustments and recommending improvements.
? Maintains manufacturing equipment by supervising regularly scheduled preventative mainte***ce together with mainte***ce engineer
? Provide direction and supervision to manufacturing staff as they work as well warehouse operators. Monitoring labor hours verse production, assigning production duties, annual review and identifying the best people for the job and increase productivity
? Hire, train, evaluate, resolve personnel grievances and discharge staff in coordination with human resources.
? Monitor supplies and parts i***entory levels
? Minimize costs associated with product loss and packaging material waste and others.
? Create and maintain programs designed towards motivating staff.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
Education, Training: ?
College degree and above, major in food science\engineering field.
Experience Required: ?
A minimum of 3-5 Years Manufacturing Management experience in Food or Pharmaceutical industry or similiar
Lean manufacturing experience is a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: ?
Strong desire and ability to work in fast paced deadline orientated e***ironment.
? Ability to exercise independent judgment by identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
? Proven ability choosing appropriate course of action while considering related costs and benefits.
? Ability to work with food ingredients in powder and liquid form.
? Ability to handle multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting priorities.
? Must have demonstrably strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), to include speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
? Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime and weekends when needed.
? Ability to effectively interact with all levels of personnel with the utmost professionalism.

Independent, proactive, extremely detail oriented, dependable, organized and be able to handle multiple tasks.
? Must be able to work in a team e***ironment and possess team-based problem solving skills

Language, Computer & .Numeracy: ?
Chinese native and good English knowledge (written/spoken) is a must
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is a Plus
