The IT CNC Specialist （Oracle Specialist） handles MFLEX IT ERP Applications and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Administration, Performance Monitoring and Tuning, Application Patched Deployment, System Upgrade activities to provide reliable ERP and MES operating e***ironment, also establish close working relationship with Application Specialist to manage issues related to ERP and MES operations, enhancement and development tasks.

Major Responsibilities？
- Lead ERP CNC and database administration tasks including daily routines, monitoring, issues/exception handling, back-up /restore tasks effectively.
- Manages ERP patches deployment, system upgrade accordingly
- Manages system and DB tuning to maintain optimum system performance and response time .
- Team up with other team members to continuously deliver quality support to the user community.
- Responsible for ensuring high availability and performance of the databases in the organization.
- Provision of support and assistance to development team in the design, development, testing, tuning and implementation of database applications.
- Responsible for implementation and release of database changes as submitted by development team.
- Responsible for problem escalation to Oracle and third parties for rectification as and when necessary.
- Provide support for Oracle JDE ERP application, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) any other applications with database backend
- Working with regional and global team to implement IT initiatives.

资格要求：
- A minimum of 5 years experiences in the areas of IT ERP CNC administration and operation support and system mainte***ce activities
- Knowledge of ERP architecture and technology platform
- At least 5 years’ of Oracle database administration and support experience in a multi-project Oracle 10g/11g production e***ironment.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL including tuning.
- Experience with Unix/Linux in a multi-domain e***ironment including basic commands and shell scripting.
- Practical experience in monitoring and tuning a database to provide high availability and performance will be an advantage.
- Strong project management capability, familiar with project management methodology.
- Excellent analysis, communication and coordination skill
- Bi-lingual, Mandarin/English, written skill required
