职位描述：
Job duty 工作责任：
● Provide the solutions by using the best way (internal, outsource or mixed)
depending on the competence, technology, company strategy, planning
and budget
● Schedule/ Estimate workload
● Budget management
● Project definition
● Cooperation with the user to define the “customer” strategy from a system standpoint
● Analyze user requirement and do the design in cooperation with the other
IT teams, Corporate / HQ and customer in some cases
● Follow the technical development (whether internal or external)
● Communication with internal team and external people interface (stake
holder or other department) or management (vendor)
● Transfer of developed system to Operations team
● Escalation and reporting
● System mainte***ce and new requirement process to build
● Market follow-up
● The functional scope to cover :
■ Check-out and POS
■ Loyalty / benefits platform
■ Content management
■ Mobile APP
■ Datapool
● Middle-management capability

Skill 工作技能：
● Some development capability
- other Object oriented languages
● System and database
- Data model design
- SQL queries
- Development framework such as JBoss or Tomcat
● Project management
● Communication
● Budget
● Knowledge of middleware is a plus (use of Talend products as an ETL and an EAI and as MDM)

? Experience 工作经验：
● Over 5 years of IT software development / user requirement management
● Retail industry is plus
● Project management capability
● Good knowledge of CRM system in the retails industry (relationship
between a Buying office and stores, promotion, contract, etc)
