Responsibility:
? Develop the company core ERP business systems including all business systems/ applications related and its adequacy in line with business
? Provide functional support and training to the business systems Users’ Community
? Cross function coach and grow up the Business Systems Regional team
? Be responsible for creation, modification and mainte***ce of Business Intelligence – Cognos, OBIEE, Web intelligence reports, dashboard, other metrics and analytics tools
? Act as the Project Core Competency Resource and criticize all proposed business systems evolution
? Professional qualities and responsibilities of senior business systems analyst – Leadership, Teamwork, Business Customer Management, Innovator Development, Internal Operations
? Leads internal team resources/task forces.
Experience required:
? More than 8 years of experience in IT, manufacturing business units or business analysis for fi***ce manufacturing industry domains
? Minimum 6 years IT experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Baan, JDE etc.) with implementing and configuring ERP related systems to customer requirements
? More than 2 years experienced in ETL development, Informatica, SSIS, DataStage, or other mainstream ETL system
? Full life cycle ERP project management experiences on specific functions
? Have customization experiences with BI – Cognos/OBIEE or other BI reporting tools (e.g. Business Objects, Seagate Crystal Info etc.), have experiences on interface analysis/ mainte***ce/ development
? Be proficient in SQL, PL/SQL. Experience with Microsoft BackOffice, MS-Project and MS-Visio
? Be familiar with project oriented business model process and core design , customization, hybrid business operation, proven success operating in a global/regional corporate e***ironment
? Experiences on data statistic tools (eg. SPSS, SAS) and Data Mining Tool (eg. Tanagra) is preferred
? PMP/Prince2/ Supply Chain/ ITIL/ Accounting certificated is preferred
Qualification required:
? Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Fi***ce, Computer Science or related field
? Good English skill

? Proven ability to undertake and manage large and complex business analysis projects.
? Good facilitation, communications and presentation skills
? Develop credibility and respect across the organization
? Multitasking is a must
