职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise between customer,internal departments to meet the requests of customer.
和公司内部其他部门协调完成AOE 客户给予的订单需求。
2. To prepare timely and accurate sales forecast of AOE demands for internal production and materials sourcing as guideline.
制定及时准确的销售预测指导内部生产计划和物料采购安排。
3. Work with Programming team to ensure the sample orders of new business to SOP.
协助项目团队推动新项目顺利开展并完成样件订单发货。
4. Maitainence of Oracle system, create and close the orders in time, assisting with finance department of the payment situation for each AOE account.
Oralce ERP 系统操作， 及时完成订单履行，协助财务部门监督客户的付款情况。
5. Manage the customer site inventory and close the sample billing with the assistance from sales.
合理管控客户库库存，及时清理样件订单结算。
6. To prepare financial forecast and sales report assigned by Sales and Financial Department and Others Assigend by Sales Team Management.
定期编制销售预测等报表，以及其它销售部门管理层指派的工作任务。

Requirement：
1．Bachelor’s Degree Administration Management or relevant education本科学历
2．2-3 years Customer Service experience in multi-national company.2-3年以上工作经验
3． Creative, constructive and positive personality；积极进取，工作努力;
4．Well Organised，methodic, and clear expression, understanding 良好的组织能力，善于表达，沟通
