Responsibilities:
- Work with business managers and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, design learning experience and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the learning events.
- Facilitate and deliver learning events to assistant manager and below, covering monthly orientation, communication skills and service quality program as required.
- Provide input to program managers to improve the effectiveness of learning events by understanding the business needs and feedback from the participants.
- Manage administrative staff performance to ensure efficient and effective logistic arrangement for the qualifications and the learning events.
- Assist in planning and scheduling learning events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum 8 years of L&D experience and relevant learning facilitation or presentation experience.
- Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally stakeholders.
- Understanding of the service center business, operations and goals.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Mature and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to solve problem flexibly and work well under pressure.
