Responsibilities

-Regularly communication with customer on operation.
-Execute operational activity according to SOP.
-Lead team member to implement operation and handle WMS to control inbound, outbound and inventory data accuracy.
-Maintain excellent, constant performance to meet KPI requirements.
-Regular reporting to upper manager of warehouse activities (Receiving report, Cycle count, Shipping report, KPI).
-Implement warehouse staff management, 5S, safety training.
-Other tasks assigned by upper manager.

Qualification

-College degree, Logistics is preferred.
-At least 3 years warehouse working experience in international forwarder or contract logistics.
-At least 1-year experience in supervisory position.
-Good customer service and communication skill.
-Basic reading and written English and good in Mandarin.
-High responsibility, attention to detail.
-Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), WMS system.
-Time control and result oriented.
-Have the ability to solve problems, solid experience on people management
-Willing to work under pressure.
