RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establish and implement HR and admin policies, procedure, and management system that are consistent with company business objectives and strategics.
2. Direct recruiting efforts to complete the staffing assignments to meet business request. Conduct the annual recruitment planning and selection process for senior positions.
3. Direct response for monthly payroll checklist and payment, individual incoming tax declaration, performance review, annual merit increase, internal promotion proposal, training plan, new joiner orientation and employment procedures.
4. Lead and coach the team staff to monitor and ensure the attendance recording, foreign affairs, office management, like cleaning, visitors' management, fixed assets management, mail & courier service, etc.
5. Develop annual budget for HR & Admin Department, office common, and workforce budget for other departments, and monitor all related actual admin expense for safe running;
6. Take charge of various company activities (employee meeting, new year party, outing and etc) regularly to keep the smooth communication between employees and company.
7. Support group headquarter for oversea talent recruitment, group global magazine distribution, local expatriate's assistant (documentation, apartment and kids' education, etc.)
8. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the executives and group headquarter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. BA degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. At least 5 years experience as a HR & Admin generalist in an internet e***ironment with 2 years in management functions.
3. Must possess some experience and a strong commitment to self-directed work teams or Participate Management philosophies. And working knowledge of employment, labor and safety laws and regulations.
4. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a strong business sense.
5. Good command in English, and excellent communication and presentation skills required.
