职位描述：
1.新产品模具的设计以提高效率，生产力，实现最优成本；
Design tools for manufacturing new or improved products in order to improve efficiency, productivity and optimizing cost.
2.生产工艺类文件的编写以及跟新；
Prepare and update the technology files of the production process.
3.生产工艺和生产节拍的优化；
Optimize the production process and the takt time.
4.SAP系统内容的修改，更新以及优化；
Modify, update and optimize the contents in SAP.
5.减少生产线不良品率及报废率；
Reduce defect and scrap rates of the production line.
6.为新项目设计模具，安排生产线；
Design, develop and implement production line toolings for all new projects.
7.生产线易损件或模具的绘制；
Design wearing tools and parts used on production lines.
8.产品前期开发（或量产）过程中的设备或流水线技术协议的编写与制定；
Prepare and formulate the equipment or pipeline technology agreement through the process of the product pre-development (or production).
9.生产线异常情况的处理与协调；
Handle and coordinate the abnormal situations on production lines during manufacturing process.

Requirements:
1.CAD机械制图
CAD mechanical drawing
2.模具夹具设计能力
Able to design tools and parts
3.机械行业工作经验
