ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

? To operating automatic mechanical stamping press
? 操作机械自动冲压机
? To communicate well with all people in the organization.
? 良好的沟通能力
? To follow all instructions when given to them by designated supervisor.
? 服从主管安排的工作任务
? To follow all press operating and company guidelines.
? 服从冲床和公司规定
? Be safety conscious.
? 工作细心，注意安全
? The employee understands that they are empowered to affect change in the company by making suggestions in writing or verbally to their supervisor (i.e. Bright Ideas, Safety Team, Departmental Meetings, and WERS).
? 能够适时提供书面或口头对于工作内容的合理化意见或建议
? Perform any tasks necessary to meet company goals and requirements.
? 能够完成公司对于工作要求的安排
? Must wear personal protective equipment as required.
? 按工作要求穿戴个人防护用品
? Follow plant safety rules and guidelines.

? Required training in TS16949 and ISO14001.
? 接受TS16949和ISO14001培训

QUALIFICATIONS:
资质要求：
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? 高中及同等以上学历要求
? Over 3 years automatic mechanical stamping press running experiences
? 3年以上机械自动化冲压机操作经验
? Automobile stamping company working experiences
? 汽车行业工作经验
? Ability to operate forklift and carne
? 能够操作叉车或行车
? Basic production English working language preferred
