职位描述：
职位要求Major:
1. 专科/本科，理工科相关专业 colleague or bachelor degree, major in science and engineering or relevant
2. 英语四级以上，口语及书写流利 CET4 or above, fluent oral and written English
3. 三年以上三坐标测量经验 , 可编程。over three year experience in CMM measuring, can program with CMM.
4. 熟悉Wenzel三坐标和Metrosoft QUARTIS软件 familiar with Wenzel 3D Coordinator and Software Metrosoft QUARTIS
5. 熟悉形位公差,依据图纸、标准来定义测试规范 familiar with GD&T, Implements specifications and drawings/standards in measurement tasks.
6. 熟悉注塑，组装或硫化工艺流程佳 familiar with injection, assembly or vulcanization process is prefer
7. 具有团队合作意识、责任心、优秀的沟通协调 team cooperation consciousness, responsibility, good communication and coordination skill

工作职责Position function:
1. 负责产品尺寸测量，工装治具的测量，编制测量程序。Responsible for products measuring, tooling and fixtures measuring Programs CMM measurement machinery.
2. 注塑产品首件测量Conducts and prepares first article measurement reports.
3. ADVP测试中的测量任务。Measuring tasks of new programs.
4. 橡胶性能测试。Rubber compound testing, such as hardness testing, tensile testing, Rheometer, Mooney, aging testing and other testing
5. 下属员工的测量技能培训Instructs vocational trainees about measurement technology.
6. 和客户，总部测量问题的沟通Coordinates measurement concept with customer measurement technology staff
7. 伟理塑昆山的量具，仪器的注册及校准、Responsible for calibration and authentication
8. 完成项目的相应检验规范及实验室程序文件Write out all testing instruction regarding the technical requirements and Lab procedures
9. 负责实验室的日常运行Be responsible for lab daily works, lab technician/ inspectors supporting and monitoring 举报 分享
