职位描述：
1.和物料采购一起，使用APQP，PPAP，MSA，SPC，DFEMA，PFEMA等质量管理工具为项目开发具有交付、质量、新产品开发和竞争力的战略供应商；
Together with Commodity buyer, Selection and development of strategic suppliers, who have the ability to meet all delivery, quality, new product development and competitiveness requirements for new project, using quality requirements and tools like: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, DFEMA, PFEMA.
2.对有质量问题或产能问题的供应商，实施改进提升，积极寻找对策和开发新供应商；
Active contribution in source relocation of purchased parts due to commercial,capacity or quality problem.
3.根据VDA6.3或其他供应商评估标准和先期开发工程师一起，评估和选定项目所需合格供应商；
Based on VDA 6.3 or supplier assessments, together with SQE-D, evaluate and select the suitable suppliers for project.
4.配合物料采购，制定采购战略；
Support Commodity buyer to make purchasing strategy.
5.更新和维护SAP中的相关信息；
Update and maintain the related information in SAP.
6.解决项目开发阶段与零部件有关的一系列问题；
Problem solving tracking during the project development.
7.供应链管理的合理化建议。
Responsible for supply chain rationalization efforts.
Requirement:
1.精通SA；
Proficiency in SAP.
2.优秀的分析技能，谈判及沟通能力；
Strong analytical skills, persuasive skills and the ability to articulate thoughts and sell ideas to diverse groups.
3.有制造企业的采购工作经验；
General knowledge of purchasing principles & practices in manufacturing company.
4.材料学的基本知识；
Basic knowledge of material science.
5.成本意识及降低成本能力；
Identifying & implementing creative solutions for cost saving.
6.高级采购的采购知识，供应商评审/控制以及项目管理；
Purchasing knowledge of advanced purchasing, supplier audit/control and project management.
7.产品开发知识，生产过程；
Knowledge of product development, manufacture processes.
8.VDA 的知识，TS16949质量体系和相关流程，例如：APQP,FMEA,PPAP,MSA,SPC。
Knowledge of VDA, TS 16949 quality system and concerning procedure, such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC.
