General Description

Assist in leading and managing a team of customer service staffs to ensure high quality service in line with company policy and operation standards.
Specific Accountabilities

Monitor and ensure the shipment / order information are proper entered, received, manipulated, updated and recorded to the computer system in accurate and timely manner
? Ensure customer service staffs’ understand project of logistics operations procedures and standards while interactive with customers
? Prioritize and delegate work tasks for customer service staffs with focus on customer needs and performance targets
? Work together with other department manager of operations team, consolidate total solution and feedback to customer
? Maintain good channels and effective communication between Finance department and customer services team for both sides benefit
? Coach and appraise customer service staffs on their daily tasks with particular emphasis on processes and systems, and achievement of individual and departmental performance targets
? Identify staff advantages / disadvantages and training needs, jointly develop and co-ordinate training sessions with trainers and conduct training sessions as assigned
? Lead, motivate and supervise customer service staffs to ensure their performance is aligned to stipulated standards
? Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to achievement the objectives and targets
? Understand and know well the operation costs, give right quotation to customer for any special operation requirement
? Trouble shooting for any urgent of special case during daily operations.
Skills Required

Computer literate, good command of written & spoken of English and Mandarin.
? Willing to work overtime when required.
? Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
? 3 years of experience in third party logistics operations in which at least 1 year of experience in supervisory level
