Your tasks:
Management of the departments production
Production planning & control via ERP
Ensure proper maintenance and high availability of the production equipment
Contact and interface for implementing and planning new machines, technologies and processes
Ensure continuous improvement of the production process
Definition, implementation and optimization to ensure production processes
Reporting of the plant’s key figures to the headquarters in Germany

Your profile:
Bachelor degree (or above, Master degree preferred) in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar education
Minimum of five years working experience in the automotive industry
Established experiences with electronic and pneumatic components
Good knowledge in MS Office and ERP
Ability to read, write and speak in English (or German) fluently
High technical understanding and business oriented way of thinking
Well structured and analytical work approach
Good knowledge of assembly-technologies and hands on mentality
