职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading cost function in ChangZhou plant. Report to Finance Director of China.

Key duties include:

? Full Balance Sheet & Income Statement accountability.
? Management financial functions, including; month end closing, reporting, costing, inventories etc.
? Lead, manage and develop the site finance team, take primary role in staff development and performance management. To train and motivate staff to improve financial and internal control skill sets.
? Standard cost maintenance and update, operational performance and flex model review
? Responsible for Monthly Corporate report, ensure the information is integrated, accurate, reliable and comply with PRC/US GAAP & IAS accounting principles.
? Responsible for Budget and Forecasts, provide analytical advice and coordinating functional department managers to support performance delivery.
? Responsible for the management of inventory and working capital optimization.
? Ensure internal control system is in line with corporate standard and SOX requirement. Review and execute full business cycles control activities to ensure adequate control environment to support management SOX certification
? Continuous improvement in business process effectiveness and efficiency, and operational project supporting
? Work with internal and external auditors to address reporting and internal control issue. Work with Tax, SAFE and banks, as well as other government departments to ensure compliance to local regulations.
? Responsible for company HSE police、HSE manage system and the emergency plan implement in the department.
? Other tasks or duties as assigned. .

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting. CPA qualified. ACCA or working experience in big 4 will be an advantage.
At least 8 years’ experience in multi-national manufacturing company, and 3 years’ experience on similar role.

Required Skills:
? Good knowledge of PRC accounting principles and UK/US GAAP
? Familiar with EPR system, SAP experience is preferred
? Ability to plan, organize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
? Strong integrity and leadership skills. Must be willing to assist and support staff in their work
? Good command in English.
? Must be a team player and have ability to work with others.
? Strong responsible attitude, able to follow deadline and result orientated. 举报 分享
