General Mission
负责机械加工类的采购工作
Be responsible for machining purchasing.
岗位具体职责
Main Responsibilities
职责一: 负责对采购的产品或加工进行分析, 选择合适的供应商.
职责二: 负责对采购的产品或加工进行询价.
职责三: 对供应商的报价分析, 与供应商进行价格谈判, 并下订单.
职责四: 对供应商生产过程中出现的问题进行沟通和协调.
职责五: 对产品质量进行跟踪与处理.
职责六: 管理供应商绩效, 协调付款.
First: Be responsible for the analysis of machining products or machining and choose the appropriate suppliers.
Second: Be responsible for the inquiry of purchasing products or machining.
Third: the analysis to the quotation from suppliers and also negotiate with suppliers and place orders
Fourth: Communicate and negotiate with suppliers when comes the problems during the producing process of suppliers.
Fifth: Follow by and deal with the production quality.
Sixth : Manage the performance and concert the payment.
候选者资格要求
Requirements
（Knowledge, skill, experience, license etc.）
1) 本科及以上学历；
2) 机械类专业毕业，熟悉机械原理，对于机械加工方面有丰富经验；
3) 3年以上制造业产品采购经验；
4) 熟悉采购流程, 对供应商有较强的控制能力；
5) 可靠、正直，工作认真负责；
6) 具备很强的沟通协调能力和价格谈判技巧。
7) 熟练的英语听说读写能力。
8) 熟练的计算机操作能力。
1) Above bachelor degree
2) Major in mechanical engineering, be familiar with mechanical theory and have a certain experience in mechanical.
3) Above 3years experiences on mechanical product purchasing.
4) Be familiar with purchasing process and good controlling on suppliers.
5) Reliable and high sense of responsibility.
6) Good skill on communication, coordination and negotiation.
7) Good command of English on listening, speaking, reading and writing.
8) Proficiency in computer operation.
