Responsibilities:
1. In charge of electrical & controlling maintenance activities of the equipment. To keep high reliable running level without breakdown 负责设备的电气控制专业维护活动，保持高可靠性的运行，无停机；
2. To build and maintain PM system and make related maintenance strategy and plans. 建立和维护预防性维护体系，优化维修策略和方案；
3. Be responsible for the PLC program, HMI interface, device drive system, frequency conversion technology and the industry Ethernet etc. controlling related on BCC. And also for SAP PM daily running负责BCC设备的PLC程序，人机接口界面，设备的驱动系统，变频技术和工业以太网等相关控制领域，同时负责SAP PM 日常运行；
4. Management and control of assigned engineering projects (time, budget, quality). 工程项目管理与控制（时间，预算，质量）；
5. To lead and organize the team work arrangement and coach the members on technical to improve. 领导下属团队，负责成员的工作安排和技术指导和提升；
6. Provide the technical support on equipment for production and process development. 为生产、工艺提供设备的技术支持；
7. Provide technical selection from the potential suppliers for the projects and equipment modification. 为相关项目和设备改造进行技术确认把关；
8. Follow annual budget of the cost center. 遵守成本中心的年度预算；
9. Cooperate to plan and control the maintenance cost. 协同计划和监控维修保养费用；
10. Relate spare parts management and purchasing with economical way. 经济的方法管理和订购相应备件；
11. Responsible for all documentations made, collection and management of the area. 负责相应领域的技术文件的制作、收集和管理；
Qualification :
1. Bachelor degree or above in automation/electrical relative engineering background is required. 要求本科学历或以上，工业电气自动化工程背景；
2. 5 years above experiences in mechanical-electrical production line maintenance, investment projects experience in management position is required. 要求5年以上机电生产设备维护，投资项目经验，有管理岗位经验；
3. Familiar with PM maintenance system is preferred. 熟悉预防性维护体系优先；
4. Familiar with ISO TS 16949, Trouble shooting tools is preferred. 熟悉ISO TS 16949，故障分析工具优先；
5. Fluent in English by oral and writing. German is preferred. 英语口语、书写流利。德语尤佳；
6. IT skill on MS office, E-plan 熟悉MS office, E-plan等软件；
7. Good leadership skills. 良好的领导力；
8. Good team player. 团队合作精神；
9. Success orientated, Self driven and project orientated. 成功型导向，自我激励，项目导向型。
