Responsibilities
? Attend and answer phone calls; maintenance of telephone system, monitor IDD expenses and source of service vendor to ensure competitiveness of cost;
? Maintaining and updating the worldwide shoplist, telephone and fax numbers in frequent usage by staff;
? Provide secretarial and administrative support to the office;
? Organise travel for assigned departments, ensure compliance of travel policy. Monitor and evaluate the performance of appointed travel agent and ensure the travel cost is competitive with the markets
? Co-ordinate with office in Hong Kong to ensure that all communication are handled properly and in compliance with group standard;
? Provide administrative service to the company, select service vendors, monitor the cost and performance, co-ordinating printing of office stationery and name cards;
? Compilation and distribution of internal and external communications, which relate to all general secretarial subjects;
? Assist in other office admin project when needed;
? Follow up company Administration Standard for daily work.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. 1-2 years relevant experience
3. Knowledge of office administration is preferred
4. Fluent English speaking and writing skill is a must
5. Familiar with Microsoft office tools, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), outlook
6. Possess good interpersonal skills and have a proactive and can-do attitude, be detail-minded
7. Must be able to work independently
