Primary Responsibilities:



1. Answer phone calls to the TE China Help Desk promptly and professionally, accept and process inquiries and requests from other sources as well such as web ticket, email, voice message.

2. Provide first level trouble shooting and resolution for desktop/network/voice/external device issues.

3. Conduct IT orientation for new employees, popularize IT knowledge.

4. Gather and analyze data from IT system/daily work, generate report for management reference.

5. Make survey and collect suggestion from customer to improve IT CS quality.

6. Cooperate with relevant departments for IT projects.



Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:

· Experience with PC-based applications including MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.

· Familiar with other OS including apple IOS, android, Blackberry OS, etc.

· Responsible, team player, self motivated, outgoing, customer-oriented

· Fluent English, standard Mandarin

· Shift-duty required

· Working experience in similar position of multinational company preferred

Educational Required/Desired:



Bachelor degree, IT related major preferred
