Job /title: Supplier Quality Engineer /QC
Reports to: Asian Supplier Quality Manager
Subordinates: 1
Location: Shanghai
Duties & responsibilities:
? To monitor the supplier to follow the approved
   and updated control plan while mass production
? Process evaluation while PPAP samples
   production & run at rate report complete
?To communicate Customer’s requirements to suppliers
? Root cause analysis & corrective action taken/continuous improvement
?, Review Standard operation procedure(SOP/SIP)
? Traceability checking
?, Tooling and equipments maintenance
? Check supplier measurement system calibration and maintenance
?. PO review with supplier
?. ECN review with supplier
?.New project/drawing review with supplier
?. Inspection plan(inspection equipment capability)
? Weekly report to manager
? On-Site Inspections
? Process evaluation while PPAP samples production & run at rate report complete?
? To monitor the supplier to follow the approved and updated control plan while mass production
? To communicate Customerl’s requirements to supplier
? Root cause analysis & corrective action taken

?Supplier quality system checking
?ECN,PO,New drawing, Fixture, equipment calibration checking
? FAI, spot checking, final checking

?quality conduct from incoming to out going and customer quality
12. Familiar with quality system, ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949
13. Experience and knowledge of quality tools, technique and methods required like ISHIKAWA, PDCA, 8D, etc.
14. PPAP process knowledge and experience, PFD, FMEA, Process Control Plan, MSA, SPC and Color knowledge
15. 10+ working experience on quality or supplier quality
16. English communication
17. Dirty-Hands philosophy
21.Travel much Target-oriented, confident, self-starter and a good team worker
工作內容不外乎:
   1. 供应商产品出货前检验；要求会识图（美国图纸标注），会使用相关测量工具检测产品。有家具行业BIFMA测试相关知识优先
   2, 熟悉五金件,铝挤出，铝压铸，木皮，木质箱体柜体，冲压，焊接的检验及表面处理的检验，及时发现问题，解决问题！
3，供应商进料，制程，组装等质量控制体系监督及验证，检查供应商质量控制体系落实情况并且复核！
4，供应商质量控制流程稽核，从进料到生产，组装，出货等操作步骤，稽核确保体系正常有效被执行
5，样品确认及PPAP文件检查，复核
6，新项目开发协助，进展追踪，需要及时英文邮件及报告总结！
7, 供应商质量辅导及业绩监控
8, 供应商质量问题处理
9，出货检验，制程检验，检验结果的及时沟通汇报，问题处理
