职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Provides HR services to employees working in Crane China.
As first line contact for employees regarding employee relations, queries on HR employee handbook, rules, regulations and Corporate policies, core values and ethics.
Help out for investigation on employee disputes.
Implementation of HR policies and procedures.

2. Communication
Arrange the quarterly townhall communication meeting including the presentation material and meeting preparation
Holiday memo and other company memo draft and release
Employee round table communication arrangement
Other communication related issues

3. Training
New employee orientation training arrangement
Project training arrangement
Other regular training arrangement based on the annual training plan
Mandatory training arrangement eg. Certificate renew
 
4. Insurance
Working injury insurance claim from Social Insurance Bureau
On time report to the Insurance company for the employees injuries
Documents preparation and claim the Commercial Insurance from the insurance company

5. Support Sr. HR Manager to modify and draft the policy if required

6. Monthly report preparation

7. Support Sr. HR Manager to prepare the Department budget and update if required

8. Other tasks related to this position

Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree

2. Proficient in Excel operations, word document, power point.
