Required qualification (obligatory)

· Good computer skills of PC computers—MS office(word, excel, etc)

人员资历条件：

相关的铸造行业工作经验

英文良好(CET6)

必须具备简单的办公司软件操作技巧

工程技术背景（机械，电子，化学或船舶类专业）,本科以上学历

会使用AUTOCAD制图

年龄在28岁到45岁之间。

· Be able to apply quality methods to production.

Job Description


· Be responsible for good operation of the factory ( Foundry ) and setting technical and technological requirements for aluminum & zinc alloys.
· 负责工厂的良好运作并制定铝，锌牺牲阳极工艺和技术要求。
· Make researches and develop new products.
· 研制开发新产品。
· Solve several technical problems in order to improve and ensure production of old and new products, to ensure quality, productivity and safety.
· 解决新旧产品的技术问题，保证和提高生产质量，生产能力和安全。
· Educate personnel for factory management in view of future development of factory.
鉴于工厂以后的发展，培养工厂管理人才。

· Supervise and manage: the chief worker, the quality officer, other personnel appointed by the company.
· 对以下人员进行监督管理：车间主任，质量专员以及工厂其他人员。
· Supervise the constructions of the factory, purchasing equipment and materials, which includes types, recommendation of manufacture, and policy reference
·监管工厂，原材料采购。
· Supervise the required maintenance of production equipment
·监管生产工具。
· Supervise the supplies from sub-suppliers and the supplies of raw materials
·监管供应商，原材料供应。

Required qualification (obligatory)

· Previous Experience in casting Industry
· Good Command in English (CET6)
· Good computer skills of PC computers—MS office(word, excel, etc)

· Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, naval or chemical) minimum Bsc
· Knowledge of AUTOCAD
· Not older than 45 y/o and not younger than 28 y/o
