Responsibility:

1、投标方案的确认及非标方案的评审；
Confirmation on quotation scheme and appraisal for non-standard scheme；
2、合同签订后的技术沟通和确认；
Technical communication and confirmation after contract signed；
3、技术协议的谈判和签订；
Negotiate and signature for the technical agreement；
4、合同的结构设计及物料需求下发；
Structure design and release the BOM；
5、产线和相关部门的技术支持；
Technical support to production line and other departments；
6、产品设计的标准化及VAVE；
Product’s standardization and VAVE；
7、项目设计过程中的项目管理；
Project management on the order during the period of design；
8、技术文档的总结和归类；
Technical document review and classification；
9、提供复杂的工程方案支持市场，销售和制造运营；
Provide more complex engineering functions to support the marketing, manufacturing,and sales efforts of the company;
10、对工程师和技术人员提供相关的培训；
Provide training and leadership to less experienced engineers and technicians.
11、作为主要接口人为产线和销售市场提供合理的技术解答，转化客户的技术规范和图纸要求；
Serve as a primary contact for customers to explain technical aspects of product line/applications and interpret customer specifications and drawing requirements.
12、跟踪项目的整个过程，包括客户服务，计划，合同变更等；
Supervise and coordinate projects from order entry through shipment, including customer service,scheduling, change orders；
13、安排和主持项目总结以及项目设计图纸的审核；
Plan and lead project review/drawing approval meetings; perform other related activities and special projects as assigned.
14、提供为满足准时交付 的订单管理，减少周期时间，合同需要的变更管理；
Provide project management of orders to meet OTP objectives, reduce cycle times, manage changes to order requirements and assist with product warranty.
15、支持工厂的产品设计，产品交流，竞争对手分析，客户关系以及生产效率，质量和安全改善等活动；
Support company activities such as product design, market and product communications, competitive analysis, customer relations, and productivity, quality, cost and safety improvements.
16、完成领导临时交付的工作；

Qualification:

1、本科及以上学历，机械类 / 电气类专业；
Bachelor or above, majored in mechanical / electric；
2、有7年以上相关工作经历，熟悉中、低压产品及其相关IEC 及GB标准；
Above 7 years’ work experience in electric field，familiar with MV and LV product as well as related standard；
3、丰富的中低压产品设计经验及IEC工程设计经验，能独立承担设计工作；
Rich experience on MV and LV product design，specially rich design experience on IEC project；with the ability to do the design job independency；
4、熟练应用CAD、OFFICE，Invertor 等软件；
Familiar with CAD、OFFICE、Invertor etc；
5、有很强的英语听说读写能力；
Stronger ability on English listening、speaking、reading and writing；
6、有较强的工作责任心、质量意识和沟通能力，有组织协调能力，有团队合作精神；
High work accountability、quality consciousness and communication skill，good coordination and team work ability；
