Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. To align Demand & Supply of materials, to work out the reasonable Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Daily Production Schedule (DPS), for different product groups, production lines.

2. Review customer demand, manage MPS (EFACS system) and supply the delivery schedule to Sales team, and ensure that will be fulfilled (OTD).

3. Work together with other departments to meet commit date,

4. Control ECN implementation and cut in date.

5. Following up the daily production activity, ensure to optimum utilisation of internal resources, manpower, machines, then meet customer demand.

6. Regular business reporting

7. Familiarise themselves with,and confirm to EHS policy,report all accidents,incidents,near misses and damage to their team leader or manager.

Qualifications:

1. Above college degree and Over 3 years' working experience.

2. Excellence in Excel and ERP/MRP system operation.

3. Knowledge and use of statistical tools to analyze forecasts, inventory performance and OTD.

4. Proven experience and excellence in customer and product demand analysis and forecasting.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills. Team spirit, possess good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.

6. Able to work independently under pressure, with a hands-on approach to troubleshoot.

7. Good at English in both oral and written

8. Well operation on excel, Word
