Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for all aspects of Quality Control and Quality Assurance throughout the business in TT China.

2. To ensure all products produced conform to the 6-Sigma quality levels through implementing and developing Continuous Improvement Programmes.

3. Leading team to maintain and implement quality system / process of ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, ISO13485, AS9100, IRIS and NADCAP.

4. Maintain high standard Customer Service regarding all quality issues; review external complaints.

5. Coordinate with other functions in planning and implementing quality programs.

6. Lead, coordinate, train and coach QA team.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (mechanical or electronic preferred). Min. 8 years' working experiences with at least 5 years' quality assurance experiences in foreign companies in electronic assembly industry and 3 years experience of quality department head.

2. Knowledge / experiences of quality management systems, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949. Knowledge / experiences of ISO13485, AS9100, IRIS and NADCAP is a plus.

3. Good written English and fluent spoken English is a must.

4. Strong sense of responsibility & urgency; Results driven, strong in implementation and execution; Be able to operate in a dynamic business environment; able to work under stress and deal with ambiguity.

5. High level of integrity and business ethics; Good interpersonal and teamwork skill.
