Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. On-site quality control especially new projects produced in metalwork supplier side
2. Help metal work supplier on the process improvement including 5S, Poke Yoka and Handling process
3. Technical, Quality issues communication interface between TTeis and metalwork supplier side
4. metal work supplier Quality system timely audit and improvement
5. Assist the purchaser to push the supplier delivery on time.
6. Familiarise themselves with,and confirm to EHS policy,report all accidents,incidents,near misses and damage to their team leader or manager.

Qualifications:

1. Education/Experience/Credentials

1.1. College graduated above and major in manufacturing technology, mechanical engineering.
1.2. Above 3 years' working experiences and 2 years' experiences in quality related field. Quality Engineer background in metal work manufacturing
1.3. Can work at metalwork supplier side long term
1.4. A firm understanding of PFMEA &Control Plan Knowledge
1.5. Knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000 quality systems
1.6. Enjoy the challenge of working under pressure to meet relevant requirements.

2. Language Ability

Can read, write, listen to English language and communicate with English staff.

3. Computer Skills

Computer skills to include Excel, Word

4. Physical Demands

Good physical condition , can travel long term.
