Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the IT function for the factory at a daily basis
· Provide the 1st line support for problems shooting with computer system, voice system, network system.
· Provide training for system users.
· Ensure the data back up & restore practice on scheduled basis
· Set data access permissions under properly authorization to ensure authenticated users securely access the authorized data in a correct way.
· Critical IT equipments health checking, maintenance.
· Installation, upgrading and maintenance of all computers especially for the virus/malware protection purpose.
· Take tasks assigned by help desk promptly.
· Ensure IT policy is complied with at a daily basis
· Purchases IT related items under properly authorisation
· Assist IT supervisor to take IT assets registration and tracking
· Assist IT supervisor to take software compliance checking
· Set up new system users and ensure that correct security levels are set and maintained.
· Follow disposal procedure with the terminated user accounts to make sure no accidently access against enterprise data by terminated users.
· Assist on ERP system's health running and end-user's smoothly ERP using.
· To maintain IT function of the company as directed by the IT Manager
· Take other tasks as required from time to time by the company.

Qualifications:

· College degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS).
· Over 3 years IT experience.
· Experienced with server setup, client-end computer set up, networking setup
· Proven good knowledge of network protocol, adequate skill on network setup, troubleshooting, esp. on network switch administration.
· Familiar with Microsoft windows server 2003/2008 administration, esp. domain & group policy, windows XP/7, Office 2003 above usage. Linux knowledge & skill is added value.
· Qualified to develop system administrative script/software tool.
· Familiar with software auto provision technologies.
· Familiar with MS SQL server administration is preferable.
· Service oriented, customer oriented.
· Good communication capability. Good English both in Oral & Written
· Intellectual right in minded, security in minded
· Good attitude to work and willingness to learn/research is preferred
· Self-motivated to work under pressure
