Main requirements:

1.At least Bachelor degree, major in electronic or mechanical or Engineering
2.More than 3 years working experience in supplier quality control
3.Familiar with the requirements of ISO14000, TS16949 ;
4.Familiar with quality tools (Finish bone analysis /5why /8D etc)
5.Familiar with process audit of VDA6.3
6.Speak and write English fluently;
7.Skilled in using OFFICE and other software ;
8.Initiative, strong sense of responsibility ;
9.Have good communication skills and have a good co-ordination team spirit;
10.Plastic parts experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

1)To be responsible for supplier quality management

1. New supplier audit and on-site assessment
2. Supplier performance evaluation and tracking
3. Supplier quality issue handling
4. Supplier Quality Process /system timely audit and improvement
2)To ensure supplier developing Continuous Improvement Programmers.
3)On-site quality control especially new projects produced in metalwork supplier side
4)Help supplier on the process improvement
5)Technical, Quality issues communication interface between TTaes and supplier side
6)Supplier PPAP review and trial run
7)Run at Rate review
8)Lead suppliers readiness for new project
