Location: 长宁区红宝石路500号东银中心，地铁10号线伊犁路站3号下，步行10分钟即到

Objective of the job:
The finance analyst will be responsible for Mopar (Shanghai) Auto Parts Trading Co., Ltd’s key financial activities including
1) Pricing,
2) Monthly Closing,
3) Forecasting, Planning, Budgeting,
4)Controlling,
5) Tax Refund

Major tasks and responsibilities:

Pricing
The finance analyst will be responsible for pricing setup for the portfolio based on different conditions including order type, customer type, contract terms, and tooling/capital investment requirements, etc.

Monthly End Closing
The finance analyst will work closely with accounting team during the closing process including preparing the accrual for operation cost; review the preliminary P&L and the final P&L after the closing.
The finance analyst will also support the final management report loading to the financial system for analysis and management reporting.

Forecasting, Planning, Budgeting
The finance analyst will be responsible for cash & P&L forecasting, planning cycles (monthly) and annual business planning Process.
He or She will coordinate with business head of the Legal Entity and collects inputs from the operational partners and be able to understand the business dynamics behind the financials
He or She should perform Variance and Walk analysis compared with prior year actuals or prior forecasting

Controlling
Cash controlling - track the cash payment especially from oversea to make sure our SAFE license is level A
Cost controlling – keep track of the cost spending and compare with the budget and pricing proposal to analyze the over/under spending factors for the whole P&L cost items. Meanwhile identify the risks and opportunities and work with operation team to manage them
Price controlling – keep track and review the price to make sure the selling price not below the purchase price

Tax Refund
The finance analyst will set up and control the tax refund process for the LE.
He or she will monitor the tax refund application to make sure all tax refund can be applied on time

Candidate Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor in Accounting/Finance is preferred
Experience: 2+ years accounting working experience, 3 year financial analyst working experience, 2+ years tax refund working experience is preferred
Language skills: fluent in speaking English is required
Skills & Competence:
1. Proficiency in MS applications, particularly MS Excel, Excel Marco is a plus.
2. Knowledge in SAP, HFM.
3. Solid accounting and finance knowledge, business acumen.
4. Team player…good with working in a team environment
