岗位职责：
1. 负责分公司的派遣基本的团队搭建，根据公司的要求确定业务方向和流程，
2. 通过各种途径接触目标客户，并做好关系维护，持续跟进的工作；了解其用人需求，与其建立长期的良好关系，
3. 不定期的拜访客户；

4. 良好的项目管理经验，做好内外部资源的协调，当好外部客户与内部同事的沟通桥梁；
5. 协调安排客户面试流程及招聘工作；
6. 做好候选人的面试，评估，管理，和与上岗之间的一系列协调管理的工作。
7. 能够根据公司的业务指标，做好批量招聘或招聘派遣业务的拓展工作。


岗位要求：
1.28岁以上，教育管理、人力资源、计算机等相关专业，大专以上学历，

2．3年以上的人力资源行业或销售，市场行业经验，有人事外包，派遣业务的相关工作经验更佳；
3.良好的市场开拓能力，有良好的人脉圈，能够与用人单位建立起稳固的合作关系；
3.熟悉人才市场，掌握就业、应聘中的各种技巧，熟悉企业人力资源管理专业知识；
4良好的招聘项目管理经验和客户管理经验

5.具备良好的团队合作精神及组织协调能力，能够承受高强度的工作压力；
