Responsibility:

1. Present company's product (networking ASIC) to networking equipment manufactures, and hold technical
discussions with customers;
2. Get requirements and feedbacks from customers, and deeply analyze the REAL pains/needs of customers,
define the roadmap for company's products;
3. Collect, investigate, and analyze new products and techniques, the market trend, opportunities, and
competition status in data network communication industry, define the appropriate marketing strategy
and plan for company's products;
4. Build up and maintain the good relationship with customers and partners;
5. Coordinate with the internal and external resources of the company, perform relevant authentication/audit,
achieve the Design-in and Design-win;
6. Setup standard process and documentation system for marketing operations within the company.

Qualification:
1. Deep understanding of architecture of high end router/switch and familiar with the major ASICs used in
these systems;
2. Excellent communication skill with customers and partners;
3. Strong ability on product market analysis, and excellent market insights;
4. 3+ years of technical marketing experience in electronics, semiconductor, or data network communication
industry;
5. Proficient in oral and written English;
6. Strong team-work spirit.
