Title:Business Development Manager
Report to:GM

Responsibility:
To build and strengthen our relationship with customers.
To develop new business and new customers.
To support and supervise the sales managers in term of customers' relationship.
To gain market information in term of competitors and new project.
To follow up customers new project and become new business for the company.
Can work together with all sales and technical team.
To work closely with business manager on targeting customers.
To work closely with big customers, like APP, APRIL, UPM, Stora Enso etc.

Requirements:
Bachelor in paper chemical or relevant degree.
At least 5 years working experience in paper industry.
Good inter-personal skills, strong com.
Be proficient in paper chemicals and application mercial/negotiation skills, strong self-independence and motivation.
Good oral and written Englishknowledge.
