LED芯片生产副总

直属上级：总经理
工作地点：苏州

职位描述：
负责芯片生产线的运营和管理；
负责芯片产品生产计划和调度工作；
负责生产团队建设、绩效考核及机制建设。

职位要求：
全日制大专或以上学历.理工科专业,半导体或材料专业更佳.
具有8年以上大型生产制造行业生产管理和3年以上LED行业领域生产管理工作经验，精通LED芯片、封装的技术、工艺和设备；
精通生产计划的安排，系统掌握生产管理知识和技能，了解ISO9000质量管理体系和流程；
有丰富的生产制造分析\成本控制\质量管理\设备维护的经验
有良好的执行能力.
具有台资或外资企业工作经历优先。
