Sr. Supplier Quality Supervisor /SQE高级主管

Our Customer Background
Our customer is a large-sized Solar PV manufacturing company with shares traded in USA.

工作职责：
负责供应商生产过程的质量控制与稽核检查以确保供应商的供货能力和质量保证能力；
根据BOM表和认证证书检查原材料供应的一致性；
当产品更改时确保认可的流程；
确保和汇报认可的生产过程KPI与产品检查；
确保供应商生产质量体系进行有效地持续改进和改善；
支持全球质量管理，跟踪客户投诉和一般QA问题；
定期出差安排和稽核访问供应商

职位要求：
理工科本科教育背景，3年以上供应商质量管理与控制经验；
熟悉供应商质量管理与控制，对太阳能光伏产品零部件生产过程有良好的认识与见解更佳；
能够与企业内部相关部门一起系统全面地进行技术讨论并达成有建设的方案从而更好地发展供应商质量管理与控制体系；
熟悉供应商质量管理，熟练掌握GMP、ISO等质量管理体系；
良好的沟通与项目管理能力；
良好的英语运用能力；
